this is the want ad for the three dancers that lena calls co-workers. when auditioning, the brunette saw something in her despite her shy nature off the stage. there was a light and the raven agreed. the red head is not a fan of lena but it does not matter due to the fact that they are there to get the crowd dancing. three performances a night, the girls get up on a stage that rises in the middle of the dance floor and performs the redhead's choreographed moves. lena is the baby, the youngest addition to the group and the one that does not fit at all. she does not think of herself as beautiful or seductive and has yet to really get her full potential on the stage. the girls are like family on the stage, moving in sync but off, things are a bit different. tension, rivalry, jealously, it lives between the four of them. got to be clear that they are not strippers, they are just dancers in a club hired to get the dance floor going at certain parts of the night. never named the club but ...i guess you can help me with that xD so think of it almost like coyote ugly, cause they do get up on the bar too ;]
THE BRUNETTE
this is the first dancer of the group. she is the veteran. she is the mother of the group, the oldest, probably in her late 20's and this is about as far in life as she will go. hard work did not pay off the girl as she majored in life instead of attending university. she is the mama bear of the group as before, watching over the girls, giving her advice and making sure they stay out of trouble. she is the one who does not believe lena is who she says she is, skeptical about the newcomer and even more so due to the attention that the skittish blonde is getting. yet, she still has a protective streak over her. i pictured the brunette to be struggling to live, maybe addicted to something, very much the seductive one of the group but smart about the choices she makes. the rest of the personality is up to you, history just needs to be a little darker than the others. pb ideas are adrianna lima, anahi gonzales, lais ribeiro, abbey lee kershaw, or open to anyone else.
THE RAVEN
this is the second dancer, probably been there for about three or four years now. i see her in her mid twenties, but this is just the pit stop. she is the dreamer of the group, the one with aspirations bigger than herself and no clue how to make them happen. she is optimistic and often smiles, that can be fake or completely real. she is very much open about who she is and what she wants, goal oriented, the organized one of the group. she is not as protective but her claws will come out if one of the group is threatened. she is bubbly and sweet and probably the closest one to lena. she feels that the girl needs to be protected rather than thrust out into the world as the brunette seems to feel. other than stated, everything else is fair game. pb suggestions: terra jo wallace, vika volkute, anna helvey, sara sampaio, zoe duchesne, renata sozzi
THE REDHEAD
this is the third and final dancer. this is the girl that has a mean streak. she is used to getting all the attention and with the little blonde, she is losing her usual spotlight. her and lena don't bump heads but the red head is a passive aggressive kind of girl and often makes jabs at lena that she does not understand. i see her being the spoiled rich girl that is rebelling against her parents by dancing ina club each and every night. she is privileged but does not really show it. she is the wanna-be kind of, ready to take the brunette's spot the moment that she steps down as the queen of the group. she is the choreographer of the dances though and often throws lena to the back (which she doesn't mind) and is really gunning for the blonde. she is a fake friend to the raven and lena but is fearful of the brunette when she is around. everything else is up to you. pb suggestions: alyssa campanella, anna arendshorst, quinn cooper, heide lindgren, (redhead) jessica stam, julia johansen
