She moved away, vowing never to return. A few months ago, Hollister (1) and Reid convinced her to come back in order to take down The Snitch. Hollister (2)’s thirst for revenge is high, especially because people still believe she’s guilty of a crime.

Reid is probably the instigator between Hollister (1) and Hollister (2). Reid’s a girl that isn’t afraid to speak her mind, be different, and one-up others. She’s definitely a compulsive liar. Only Hollister (1) knows who she really is because Reid is constantly making up stories about her past to sound interesting. This is her defense mechanism that she believes gives her an advantage over The Snitch. Reid is definitely boy crazy, so it is questionable whether she’s as loyal to Lemus as she makes it out to be. Something in her past made her feel obligated to act this way, but what could it possibly be? That’s what The Snitch is out to find.

Lust is probably more accurate, but they know how to have fun together, which might be the reason why they work as a couple. Secretly, Lemus has become more interested in Hollister (2).

After the kiss and the weeks following the party, Conrad began seeing Sommers in a different light. He’d questioned his sexuality previously. He never thought it was a big idea because all of his “crushes” were insignificant. Now he’s dealing with the possibility of crushing on his childhood friend who he knows is straight.

Honestly, Lowe already has strong feelings for Miller because she's convinced she has a shot at saving him.

He's just the kind of guy who likes to be the center of attention, and Lowe gives him just that. He does care about her, though. That's what The Snitch can't stand.

Because Lancaster (2) doesn’t want to be seen as the tattle-tale, he can’t let people know that his dad is trying to stop the madness of The Snitch. The Snitch bit back even harder with worse rumors about Lancaster (2) the first time Lancaster (1) tried to confront the gossipmonger. As powerful as he wants to be, he just wants his son to be happy. After all, Lancaster (2) is all he has left.

The Snitch has made a point to make Lancaster (2) out to be the guy who is followed by misfortunes. When he finds a girl to pursue, he realizes that The Snitch can easily make him even more vulnerable. While most of The Snitch’s volatile words are seen as lies, Lancaster (2)’s secrets are simply exaggerated – but not entirely untrue.

Arvoy is an enthusiastic teacher at the high school. As an influential member of the school, he is an ideal target for The Snitch. When confronted with the controversial matter, Arvoy denied it – especially because he is in a relationship already – but the principal still has eyes on the teacher. Tringham goes along with the rumor for attention, and maybe her side of the matter isn’t a complete lie. The tension is in the air, though, for Arvoy’s job and reputation.

She covers it up from them, but she gushes to her friend about how Arvoy compliments her and treats her “extra special.” Naively, she doesn’t see why The Snitch has now become the largest threat to her and her innocent crush.

He begins eavesdropping and digging for dirt to figure out the identity of The Snitch. His obsession eats away at him as time goes by.

While her history is up to you, she has to be a resident of Brunswick of one year or more.

An elder member of the council, Warsham is a wise individual with experience in the ropes. Though she is an older individual, she may have unique political opinions. Her job, like the other council members, is to determine where spending will go and how it affects education, infrastructure, and local businesses. Because she is older, she may have relatives at a younger age (current members) whom she can connect with. She works closely with the mayor and ensures that Boyd isn't making any rash decisions without consulting her council members.

The youngest member of the council. Church is an intelligent member of the council with a higher education than most. He was voted in because of family connections. An old and traditional member of the mayor's council, Ladshaw speaks for the majority of the senior community. However, you can add in a million quirks if you'd like to! He's moving toward retirement, so he might not be as ambitious as the others on the board. He probably has family in town and wishes to spend time with his wife (up to you!), children (any existing character who needs a grandparent?), grandchildren (a high school student?). The possibilities are endless!

Though he is young, Williams was assigned the duty of a city engineer. "A city engineer is a multifaceted position that encompasses the planning and design of a city's current and future needs. A city engineer collaborates with businesses, the city government, the citizens and the transportation department to design the city’s infrastructure." Basically, Ehow says that a city engineer can really influence the structure of the town. Williams works closely with the mayor's officials and decides what to do with the budget given. If anything catastrophic happens to the buildings, he can help renovate and plan damage control.

After law school, Swank decided her career was going to great places. She must be intelligent, sharp-witted, and unbiased in court and, hopefully, outside of it. Though she is reaching an older age, she has a lot of fight in her.
