So the name, personality, and celeb you pick for him is all up to you. I just put his picture there cause he is so cute(: What I want is a guy around Rory's age. maybe a couple years older, who was friends with her back in California and actually knows her secret. His reason for moving here can be whatever you want and the secret can be anything also. I want their to be like a romantic/tension thing between them and if you are interested we can figure it out(: Just make sure that his personality meshes well with Rory and that he knows about her Uncle pushing her into prostitution.
